The Annual Meetings, which are attended by approximately 4,000 member-country delegates, 650 observer organization representatives, 900 members of the press, and 550 accredited civil society members, are held each Fall. The 2017 Annual Meetings will be held from October 13 - 15 in Washington, D.C.
At the Annual Meetings, the joint World Bank Group-IMF Development Committee and the IMF's International Monetary and Financial Committee convene to discuss the work of the institutions. The Plenary Session of the World Bank Group and IMF Boards of Governors is also held during the Annual Meetings.
The Annual Meetings: Bringing the World Together
During the Meetings, the World Bank Group and the IMF also help organize and host a number of related meetings of groups of country delegations, such as the G-20, G-24, Commonwealth, BRICS, as well as the Program of Seminars and other events beginning on Tuesday, October 10. Admission to events is restricted by registration category, credentials and/or invitations.

Civil Society Policy Forum
The Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF) provides an open opportunity for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to dialogue and exchange views with the WBG and IMF staff, their peers, government delegations, and other stakeholders. The forum is composed of approximately 40 sessions on a wide range of topics, which are open to all Annual Meetings attendees. Click here to learn more about the CSPF.
All events, times, and locations listed in the schedule are tentative and subject to change. The "Week-at-a-Glance" schedule displays select key ministerial events for accredited participants in addition to World Bank-sponsored events that are open to all attendees.
The Corporate Secretariat Conferences Office (SECCO), works under the supervision of the Corporate Secretary of the World Bank Group to plan and manage the logistics for the Spring and Annual Meetings. SECCO is responsible for a wide range of services during the Meetings including communications, registration and credentials, events services, office arrangements, hotel accommodation, language services, audio-visual support, documents and records, personnel, procurement, shipping, security, transportation and technology services.
The 2018 Spring Meetings will be held in Washington, DC from April 20-22. The 2018 Annual Meetings will be held in Bali, Indonesia from October 12-14.
